Cutting Teeth

My little guy is cutting 5 teeth at one time. He's cutting 3 one-year molars, one top tooth and one bottom tooth. I thought he was just cutting the molars and looked yesterday and 2 more were peaking through. This explains why he hasn't been sleeping or eating well and a bit fussy!! We're living on Tylenol and Oragel!! And I'm living on Dr. Pepper due to the lack of sleep!!
