We are back in the concrete jungle of Singapore! We arrived very early in the morning on Monday, August 4th after a total of 19 hours flying time. Being in the US for the summer was WONDERFUL!!!! It was great to spend time with my family whom I miss TERRIBLY!! I got my fill of QT Dr. Pepper's and Sonic Happy Hour Dr. Pepper's and Mexican food!! Carington got her fill of CiCi's Pizza!!!! Brady got his fill of being "outsi" (outside). He would spend 24/7 outside if you would let him. And he had 2 willing Papa's that took him outside all summer. It's sad to say but living in this concrete jungle my little guy wasn't that familiar with grass...isn't that crazy!!!!
School starts Monday, August 11th and Carington will be in the 3rd grade. She's very excited to be back in Singapore (which I'm so thankful she is embracing this adventure). She has dance twice a week and piano once a week.
My surroundings look familiar and I'm quickly getting back into the groove of living here. I drove today for the first time since returning and was pleasantly surprised that driving on the "wrong side" came back to me!!!
